Dawn Chrisostom is the director and coordinator of Ballet & More.  She has a degree in Vocal Music Education from Oklahoma City University.  Along with this degree, she gained experience in costuming, set design and an overview of different art forms of dance.  Being the mother of three children that are musically inclined, God has placed her in this position at Ballet & More.  It is with great honor that this role is received.

God has used different areas of working with young children and older children at Prestonwood Baptist Church to prepare for where He has led.  Dawn has taught in children's choir for eight years.  She has worked with children's praise team for eight years.  Both of these have brought opportunities to help children use their God-given talents to worship Him.

Competing in pageants gave Dawn a drive to move ahead and go after things that she never thought were possible.  Her relationship with Christ has given her the confidence to do things she never thought she could or would do.  It is amazing to see His hand at work guiding through life to lead to the next big thing He wants done.  Now is the time to take what has been distorted by the world, worship the Lord God and dance.

Natalie Bautista has been dancing since the age of 4. First, training in tap and ballet for several years, she later branched out in musical theater. She realized then that acting and singing were not part of her passion but learned that dancing is what she was called to do. Growing up in California there were many opportunities to dance, but very few opportunities that would be glorifying to the Lord. Through the grace of God, she was able to train at one of LA's top Christian dance studios in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, pointe, and tumbling. She was also able to pour out into other dancers through teaching for four years, where she taught every style of dance that she's trained in. She relocated to Dallas, Texas where God has now given her the opportunity to train under a Christian Dance company, Dance Revolution, in the Ingredients Training Program. Training with this program allows her to train in all genres of dance and gives her the opportunity to travel the country with the Dance Revolution Conventions. She is so blessed to be working with Ballet and More and is so excited to share the gifts that God has given her with the students.

Ashley Meredith Powell is originally from Pageland, SC and moved to Houston when she was 17 years old to join the trainee program of Ad Deum Dance Company where she received training from Randall Flinn, Kathleen Lobue, Clara Cravy, Amy Cain, Dawn Dippel, Charlene Gibbs, Melissa Brading, and Shizu Yasuda. Prior to moving to Houston, Ashley had begun her training with D&S Talent, Trinity Arts School of Performing Arts, and King David's Christian Dance Conservatory. She had also performed with many professional companies including Glory Dance Ministries, Carolina Dance Company, Expressions Dance Company, danced in Times Square with Project Dance New York and in 2006 became a member of Xtended Urban Dance Company.

Ashley was a featured soloist and rockette in the Charlotte Philharmonic and was also the recipient of the Dance Revolution scholarship in 2004. For 10 years now she has been a teacher, assistant, and choreographer in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pilates mat, hip hop, and modern for various studios, companies, outreaches, churches, and projects all over SC, NC, and TX.  She is currently enjoying her first season as a member of Ingredients Dance Company in Dallas, TX under the leadership of Michelle Brogan of Dance Revolution and is so thankful that God has allowed her to be one of the modern and hip hop teachers this year with Ballet and More.

Mary Faith Binkley Has been dancing for eleven years. She began her dancing career at Steps of Faith Dance Studio in Cartersville Georiga under the direction of Julie Reeves, owner, and Theresa Shapine, professional dance mistress previously from The Georiga Ballet. She has had the opportunity to dance internationally in Norway, Sweden and the Philippines. She was involved with Glory Dance under the direction of Derek and Cami Capps for the 2006-07 year. In that year she danced at Without Walls International Church many times a month and helped with administrative work for the ministry. She has taught Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Lyrical over the past six years and has also had the opportunity to choreograph for several local theater groups. This year she is going to be involved in the Ingredients program with Dance Revolution under the direction of Michelle Brogan.
